My little Policy:

Do not upload any of my works to to paysites or the exchange. This includes TSR.
Credit is appreciated, but non-essential
Do not claim my work as your own.
Do not reupload.
Uploading my items with a house is ok
No, you may not use my sims in contests. Models for CC is fine, but not contests. That's basically stealing my work and claiming as your own.

This policy also apply for my works on DarkLadysSims, Sims-Secrets and MTS.

Important info about my Sims:
Please note that I use mostly genetics (skin and eyes) for my Sims that are geneticized and townified - so if you don't want those genetics, please install my Sims with the Cleaninstaller and delete those genetic parts.
