My little Policy:
- Do not claim my work as your own.
- Credit is appreciated, but non-essential
- Uploading my items with a house is ok
- No, you may not use my sims in contests. Models for CC is fine, but not contests. That's basically stealing my work and claiming as your own.

Important info about my Sims:
Please note that I use mostly genetics (skin and eyes) for my Sims that are geneticized and townified - so if you don't want those genetics, please install my Sims with the Cleaninstaller and delete those genetic parts.
